Consent-first recording

Duty of care, built in
Recording is off until a field manager turns it on. Recordings with no consent, or with minors, are deleted automatically, and refusals are still counted. One-party and all-party consent rules apply based on the campaign's state, with wording reviewed by counsel. Canvassers accept the disclosure and Terms of Use before their first shift.
